More retreat stuff!

Here is a layout that I did for my demo as a bit of a sample.

I'm still trying to get back into normality here at home after 4 days away, it's amazing how quickly everything piles up!
Thanks so much everyone that posted a comment about the retreat and the photos. Yes, I know I was very brave/silly sharing those awful photos of myself, but hey, it's all in good fun!!LOL
I feel so lucky to be able to go on weekends away and just a few short years ago I would never have dreamed that I'd be going away and having a blast with lots of new friends! Gotta love this craft!
Speaking of new friends, one of my lovely new friends Libby had an op today, so best wishes for a speedy recovery for Lib - sending big hugs south of the border!

Gorgeous layout Chris. I'm sure you inspired many people to think differently about their foam stamps. I'm very proud of you and wish you well at your upcoming teaching venture !!

love that layout Chris! what stamps are they over the paper? you will be fine teaching! it is just getting over that initial terror then it is great fun
I was there and Chris did great. I had no idea the amount of things that could be done with stamps & she excecuted it great!!!
I'm feeling the same as you Chris, so hard to get back into routine & just amazaed that this craft has taken us so many places. :) Do you realise that you have been to all the retreats/trips I have been on. I still get a laugh about you sitting behind me at SWIG.

I'm sure you were fine teaching, Chris. I think everyone feels like a bundle of nerves at first. The good thing is that you rarely look as nervous as you feel inside, and it *does* get easier. Hang in there, remember to breathe, talk slowly and stay centred, and before long you will start actually enjoying it! (Can you tell I used to do training, lol!)
